KWiideo is a video encoder that supports the mjpeg codec commonly used by Nintendo Wii, providing users with an easy way to encode and play their videos.
When using KWiideo, you have the option to adjust the quality of the output video using the quality slider. This slider allows you to select the quality of the video from a range of values between 1 (best quality, largest files) to 30 (poor quality, small files). Alternatively, you can adjust the quality of the video by configuring the bitrate settings. Higher bitrates tend to produce better quality videos, but they also result in larger file sizes.
It's important to note that it's not possible to use both the quality slider and the bitrate setting function at the same time. And, if you're using mencoder as your encoder, adjusting the bitrate doesn't seem to work with the mjpeg codec. In this case, it's better to use the quality slider to ensure the desired quality.
Finally, if you need to split your videos, you'll need to use avisplit. As with any software, constructive feedback and comments are always welcome.
