The LDAP CAS plugin enables LDAP authentication in a CAS environment, making integration possible.
To install the plugin, review the Makefile, stop LDAP server, and then do make. Next, copy libcas-plugin.so to [serverRoot]/lib/, and add the entry for the server plugin to [serverRoot]/slapd-[serverID]/config/dse.ldif. Remember to make changes to the necessary parts of the entry.
Moreover, copy the cas-plugin.ldif file to [serverRoot]/slapd-[serverID]/config/schema/, and change '66' for a value suitable for you. You should also edit cas.conf with your system configuration, copy it to a place suitable for you and then start the LDAP server.
Overall, this program comes with the hope of being useful, but without any warranty. However, it is worth noting that this release offers support for concurrent sessions in the credentials cache module. If you're looking for an LDAP authentication plugin that is both effective and useful, the LDAP CAS plugin is worth considering.
