Listman is a program for managing lists that can be used on different platforms.
The program is written in Java and comes with a graphical user interface that utilizes Java Swing. Being cross-platform, Listman uses a simple flat-file database. Currently, the program only manages books with preset columns, but the developers intend to make the system more flexible in the next version, allowing it to manage any kind of list.
Listman features most basic functions dealing with a table, such as adding, removing, copying, and pasting. It also allows export to CSV and printing to a printer. Although it does column sorting, this function requires improvement. There is still a lot of work required on this project, such as adding a date selector.
Overall, Listman is a great tool for managing small lists without the need for complicated database setup. It offers basic features, but future versions promise to include more advanced functionality, making it an even more valuable tool.
