ll-plugins consist of various LV2 plugins designed for audio production, processing, and manipulation.
All plugins in this collection are installed in separate LV2 bundles, with the exception of closely related plugins, such as the math-constant plugins or the mono and stereo versions of the peak meter. Additionally, any GUIs for the plugins that have them are installed in separate bundles, making it easy for packagers to separate them into different binary packages to avoid unnecessary Gtk dependencies.
What's particularly impressive about ll-plugins is that they're all relatively simple, making them the perfect starting point for hackers who want to write their own LV2 plugins using the frameworks in the lv2-c++-tools package. Among the plugins available, you'll find synths, event processors, simple audio and control manipulators, and GUI-based plugins.
Of course, there are a few requirements you'll need to meet to get the most out of ll-plugins. You must have cairomm, gtkmm, libjack, liblash, lv2-c++-tools, libsndfile, and libsamplerate installed on your system.
Finally, it's worth noting that the latest release of ll-plugins includes a fix to the version number in the Makefile, an issue that was reported by Chris Cannam.
