Firefox add-on that allows you to change the number of visible result displayed in the locationbar.
Version: 2008.11.17Locationbar Limit changes the number of visible results shown in locationbar dropdown when searching.
Operating System: Mac OS X
This defaults to 12 but you can change it by typing about:config in the address bar and looking for extensions.locationbarlimit.maxrows. Changing it to a positive number will set the rows whereas zero or negative will use up all the space it can.
You probably want browser.urlbar.maxRichResults to be a higher value than the default so that it can make use of it.
An GUI was not included to change the preference as it adds unnesseray bloat to the extension but I will add it if I get enough requests.
Note: The Locationbar Limit add-on is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
