Lokiwall is a Linux firewall with user-friendly management and distinctive functionalities for effortless control.
To access advanced features, users will need kernel patches while the standard features work perfectly fine on a default Linux system with iptables and iproute2. Alongside these standard features, Lokiwall also comes with additional compelling features that make it stand out from the crowd. Features such as dual routing, fail-over, load balancing, and traffic control (which is not yet functional in version 0.1).
To run Lokiwall, users will require iptables and iproute2. The latest version (at the time of this writing) has fixed a bug with the ALLOW_SPECIALHOSTS variable name in the advanced_settings file, and increased logging activity in the syslog. Overall, Lokiwall is an excellent Linux firewall script, highly recommended for users who want features and control beyond the standard firewall.
