Manometer is a unique screenlet that presents a CPU meter, memory meter, and system temperature control in the visual style of an antique manometer.
It should be noted that the temperature timer is set to 10 seconds, meaning that it may take a few seconds to update the screenlet when switching from one temperature sensor to another system information.
Screenlets is the name of the widget engine that runs independently developed widget applications. It primarily runs on X11-based compositing window managers, such as the Compiz architecture under Linux. Until version 0.0.14, screenlets were exclusively scripted in Python and drawn in SVG. Subsequently, support was added for web widgets which are written in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, similar to Apple's Dashboard widgets.
To run Manometer, users must have Screenlets installed. In this release, a bug was fixed to improve temperature reporting on some systems. Overall, Manometer is a useful screenlet for monitoring a variety of system metrics.
