MrMesh3D is a software tool that allows users to design and create tridimensional terrain models. It enables users to build detailed and high-quality models to aid in visualizing geospatial data.
One of the key features of MrMesh3D is its ability to import pictures, text files, dxf polylines or powercadd export data text files. Even if you only have a few points to import, MrMesh3D can work its magic and create a stunning 3D terrain model.
Users can also manually draw and trace terrain data, read quoted terrain points from x y z text files, and build and auto (or manual) quoting iso-level curves from polylines in dxf files. Additionally, the software allows users to enter manually x y z coordinates and even save their 2D drawing as a dxf ascii file.
MrMesh3D not only creates 3D terrain models, but it also exports them as text files (XYZ), dxf 3D ascii files, quickdraw3d metafiles, or archicad gdl text files (or clipboard for copy-paste). It is important to note that the software requires CarbonLib for Classic.
In the latest release of MrMesh3D, the 3D model is now coloured according to z coordinates, showing level curves, and users can now zoom in and out using the + and - keys. Additionally, minor interface fixes have been made.
Overall, MrMesh3D is a comprehensive and reliable software for anyone looking to create tridimensional terrain models with ease.
