The Nautix project is a real-time strategy game that offers a 3D gaming experience.
Players have the option to play Nautix alone, in a local network, or even over the Internet. The 3D graphics are scalable to the speed of your computer, ensuring that you never have to compromise on the game's quality.
The latest release of Nautix features a number of improvements and exciting new additions. The game has been stabilized to provide a "first look" at all its features, and an integrated help browser makes it easy to navigate through the game. Players can now choose and download planets to play on, each with a unique "terraform"ed surface and custom colors. The Connection dialog has been improved and single player mode is now supported.
To ensure reusability of code, NautixGL has been split into NautixGL and NautixGLcore, and the NautixView has been removed. The game now supports sending data, including "avatar moved" or "planet request." Chat has been improved, and selection and feedback now work seamlessly. The first (albeit still buggy) command to Avatars is "move," and multiplayer now allows players to meet their enemies.
Overall, Nautix is an immersive and exciting 3D realtime strategy game that is perfect for gamers who want to experience both roleplay and strategy elements. Its scalability and customizable features make it a great addition to any gaming collection.
