NetRatings enables iTunes users to edit their ratings and other information quickly and easily.
To update any shared remote libraries, all you need is to have a copy of NetRatings running on the remote machine, with no further configuration required. What's more, the software boasts several impressive features that make it an excellent choice for iTunes users:
· Quick and easy access for adjusting track ratings and the enabled playback options for the currently playing track
· Users can set track ratings numerically from 0-100 or as 0-5 stars
· Ability to view and edit (almost) all track properties on both local and remote iTunes libraries
· (Almost) Full control of local iTunes
· Access to view all track artwork, for both local and shared library tracks, with the additional ability to drag-and-drop edit artwork (although changes cannot currently be saved)
· The ability to add the currently playing track to a playlist (local only at present)
· Automatic service configuration using Bonjour
· Regular automatic checks for new versions of NetRatings
To use NetRatings, you must have a Mac running OS X 10.2 or later, as well as iTunes 4.7 or later. In conclusion, I would heartily recommend NetRatings to any iTunes users out there looking to streamline and enhance their listening experience.
