OcamlSpread is a tool that encapsulates the Spread group communication toolkit.
One thing to keep in mind is that OcamlSpread has some requirements, including having the ocaml-3.05 and ocaml-classes-3.05 versions installed. However, once you have installed these versions, setting up OcamlSpread is relatively easy. To get started, you simply need to change the directory to 'src', edit the Makefile, and then type '$ make'.
It's important to note that at this time, OcamlSpread's makefiles fully support only bytecode compilation and don't currently have an 'install' target. However, all in all, OcamlSpread offers many benefits and is worth taking a closer look for software developers who need to work with the Spread toolkit.
