PickupLine is a wireless network exploration software that can easily bypass authentication on various authenticated networks.
To get started with PickupLine, simply use the "start" command. Be careful to ensure that the defined interface (eth1 default) actually exists first. Once activated, this command starts three threads for tcp, udp, and arp data gathering. All of the data gathered is printed out when discovered.
As you gather data on targeted networks, use the "list" command to see all of the targets you've collected so far. Spoofing is where the magic happens, and PickupLine makes it easy with the "spoof" command. Simply type in the number that corresponds to the target in the list. You can spoof even if you don't know the netmask, and PickupLine will guess for you.
One of PickupLine's best features is the "dhcp" command, which calls the "pump" command. While this command can provide a lot of information, it is noisy and thus detectable. That being said, if you avoid using these commands, it's very possible to spoof yourself onto a network completely silently.
Installation requires libraries for pcap and pthreads, as well as pump. To install, just follow the simple instructions provided in the package.
This latest release of PickupLine includes a number of bug fixes and updates, such as a fix for udp capture issues, an update to the DHCP feature, and the addition of a thread for UDP to capture DHCP requests. If you're in need of a powerful network exploration tool, PickupLine is definitely worth considering.
