The PolarClock Widget is a language-enabled OSX Dashboard Widget supporting 28 languages.
Users can choose from 28 languages so far, making it an accessible widget for individuals across different regions. Text alignment options are also available: users can set the text outside, centre, or inside of the arc, to suit their preferences. Additionally, the font size ranges from 12 to 30pt, ensuring users can adjust the size for better readability.
The widget offers two clock modes: 24/12 hour, giving users options to choose from. Moreover, flipping the text when it's in the lower half of the arc is possible too, preventing the illegibility of text. Users can set guidelines behind arcs, tweak arc properties such as thickness, padding, and radius to their liking.
A spacer Arc is included in the widget, which can be moved to be between any arc, adding more flexibility for users. Users can also choose between continuous/stepped motion. Continuous motion was requested the most, as users can now see a minute slowly stretching as each second passes to become the next minute.
Furthermore, users can customize the ordering of the arcs. The widget offers a range of colours to choose from: luminance and saturation, users can adjust the lightness and strength of the colour. Colour: Hue offset offers a range of colours to choose from anywhere between 0º and 360º.
In summary, the PolarClock Widget is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a customizable widget that offers various features and functions. It boasts outstanding traits such as language selection, text alignment, font size, clock modes, arc properties, colours, etc., providing users with the flexibility to design their ideal widget.
