psYblog is a C-based blog engine script that efficiently supports blog publishing and management processes.
Installation
To build psYblog, all you need to do is run "make." If you want to give the binary a different name, you can set the environment variable EXECUTABLE to your preferred name before building.
Configuration
Before building psYblog, be sure to edit config.h and set your desired configuration variables. This step is important to ensure that psYblog will read the correct plain text files from your specified directory.
Functionality
psYblog functions by reading plain text files from a directory based on your specified configuration settings. The ordering of posts is determined solely by the last modification time of the blog post files. Using the "touch" command, you can manipulate a post's modification time to make it appear older or newer than it actually is.
Customization
psYblog comes with a default CSS file (blog.css), which you can customize as desired to change the appearance of your blog.
Overall, I enjoyed using psYblog and found it to be a useful tool for setting up a simple blog quickly and easily.
