This software enables complete music library management by tracking song collections, recording mediums, ensemble members, worship orders, and performance histories for all ensembles, individuals, songs, and collections.
With this program, churches can maintain all of their music, performance history and copyright obligations. The software also allows users to keep track of choir members' contact information and participation. Additionally, churches can maintain an inventory of instruments and equipment, along with a detailed history of repair and maintenance.
Users can enter data for each song such as the title, artist, composer, arranger, orchestra parts, custom alphanumeric library number, and the copyright administrator. The software also allows users to enter any number of themes into a search list for later access. The lyrics for each song can be entered and can be printed at any time, even exported to Microsoft Word.
Furthermore, churches can maintain their music library with the option to enter the type of storage medium, custom library number, title, arranger, composer, publisher, cost, orchestra parts, and more. Personal data such as birthday and attendance can also be saved for each member along with the type of vocal or instrumental role they play in the ensemble.
One of the key features of this software is the ability to plan for each service with a worship order. The worship order can be defined first by the scheduled performance date and can also be further defined by ensemble. The software makes it easy to see at a glance the performance history of each soloist.
Once a performance is complete, users can simply click on the "Update" button to create or increment the history of each song title, collection, ensemble, and soloist. The program also allows users to enter the path for a song and play it by clicking a button.
Overall, the RCL Music Ministry software is an excellent tool for church music ministries. It is user-friendly, allows for easy management of music, equipment, and personnel, and provides detailed reports on performance history.
