RDQLPlus is a Java-based software tool that offers a zoomable query result for RDQL. It allows the user to explore the result in detail quickly.
One of the standout features of RDQLPlus is its ability to work with a variety of RDF databases. Whether you're working with an existing RDF file, a Jena2 RDF database, or a native Java database like Mckoi, RDQLPlus can handle it all.
In addition to working with different databases, RDQLPlus also boasts several other key features. Users can insert and delete statements into/from RDF graphs, create and drop entire models in RDF storage locations, and dump and load models in various formats. Plus, users can copy RDF graphs from one model to another and query inference models using one of Jena's reasoners.
Of course, like any software, RDQLPlus does have some limitations to be aware of. For example, some filesystem store files aren't recognized, even if they're listed with the STORES command. If you encounter this problem, try renaming the file to something simpler.
Another limitation is that after creating and dropping an inference model, models it depends on may not be droppable until you restart RDQLPlus. You may be told it was successfully dropped, but listing models will reveal it's still there.
Finally, users should note that RDQLPlus requires version 1.10 of GraphViz to run properly. Older versions may cause unexpected output that leads to a NullPointerException. Plus, while RDQLPlus offers online help via the HELP command, it may not provide as much detail as users would like - but the RIDIQL Reference can help fill in the gaps.
