RemoteFSMan simplifies accessing remote file systems with its user-friendly interface. It serves as a FUSE-based file system with graphical capabilities, enabling users to manage data from graphical interfaces.
Accessing remote FTP sites and mounting them to your local directory is made comfortable and easy with this simple yet efficient user interface. Currently, RemoteFSMan supports FTP and FTPS; however, the developer assures that Samba and SFTP support will be added shortly.
The developer has expressed that the SFTP support is almost completed. Nevertheless, they have encountered a big problem that they are struggling to solve. They have requested assistance from anyone interested in helping out with this fantastic little tool.
Requirements for RemoteFSMan include GTK+ version 2.6.x, python-gtk, python-glade, fuse, and curlftpfs. With these requirements installed, using RemoteFSMan to manage remote file systems becomes a breeze.
