1) Improved session performance and screen refresh speed:
RemotePass Access is now twice as fast as the previous version thanks to our new and improved state of the art remote control technology. RemotePass Access also implemented the latest Mirror Driver technology.
2) Strongly reduced CPU usage:
RemotePass Access now uses 0% CPU power when nothing changes on the remote computer's screen and strongly reduced the remote CPU usage when working intensely on the remote computer.
3) Local and remote reboot and auto reconnect:
When the client computer reboots or shuts down, RemotePass Access will ask the support representative if he would like to reconnect automatically after reboot or end the support session. There is also a 1-click reboot and auto-reconnect feature from the admin console.

1) Connection performance and stability control:
RemotePass Access now has built-in connection performance and stability control for both the admin and client software.
The admin console shows a progress bar that indicates remotepass traffic towards the gateway. When your internet connection or remotepass connection becomes unstable or less performant, you will see this indicated in real-time. Even when you are completely disconnected from the internet for a while, RemotePass Access will show the bad connection status and will wait untill your internet connection restores to continue the session.
The client software is bulletproof against temporary internet disconnections and has active process monitoring to ensure maximum application stability. Example: when the RemotePass client process "RPwHostScr.exe" (which is responsable for sending the screen output of the client to the administrator's computer) crashes or is accidentally ended in the Windows Task Manager, it will automatically restart itself to ensure bulletproof functionality.
2) Enhanced session security:
You can set IP ranges where the admin computer has to be part of in order to be able to start a support session. Further more you can set advanced policies on accounts and IP ranges and define admin and default permission.
