The Roman Theme software allows for easy color adjustment of rounded corners without the need for additional graphic application work.
Another unique feature of the Roman Theme is the split navigation, which had not been implemented in any of my previous themes. It's worth noting that this theme offers a lot of customization options. Here are some of the key features:
- Custom header images: You can add up to 10 custom header images to the theme.
- Custom colors: You can customize the colors for different parts of the layout, including the body, content, footer, navbar, and border.
- Boxes: You can create boxes in both the content and sidebar.
- Sidebar positions: You can choose from left, right, or hide.
- Content widths: You can choose from 4 different widths for your content.
- Header heights: You can select from 9 different header heights.
- Logo and title locations: You can choose to display these elements on the top, center, or right, as well as the top or bottom.
- Navbar tab widths: You have 7 different widths to choose from.
- Font families: You have 6 different font families to choose from.
- Automatic image resizing: This feature automatically resizes images to fit within the content area.
- Defaults system: The Roman Theme includes a versatile defaults system that helps to ensure easy and consistent use.
While the Roman Theme does use a lot of JavaScript code, I've tested it with many plug-ins on the market, and it seems to work fine with them. That being said, there may still be some gaps that occur, especially if the content also contains JavaScript code and is dynamically built.
For those interested in using the Roman Theme, it should be noted that RapidWeaver 3.6 is required.
