Rosspell is a programming editor capable of supporting UTF-8 and providing spelling assistance in both Romanian and English.
Among its key features are its support for UTF-8, ISO8859-2/16, and CP1250 (Windows) character sets. It also has XML support for most xml-based formats such as OpenOffice, AbiWord, Scribus, and HTML, with XML tags being recognized by the software and not included in the spelling process. Rospell comes with a Romanian spelling dictionary with over 750,000 words and English spelling akin to OpenOffice. Additionally, it supports loading web pages directly into the editor and dexonline.ro.
