What's even better, is that future versions of the program will include idle detection and animated examples of simple exercises you can do during your breaks. This added feature will make sure that you are reminded to take breaks even when you forget.
As a developer of RSIBreak, wishes and bug reports are more than welcome. You can submit them on the bugs.kde.org site, which helps me avoid forgetting about them. All in all, this program is a must-have for anyone who wants to maintain good health while working for long hours.
