A simple and costless software tool for recording HAM radio activity.
In version 3, RUMlog was rewritten entirely, and is now a Universal Binary, allowing it to be used across multiple platforms. Moreover, the software fully supports Logbook of the World, enabling users to obtain various statistics for paper or LotW QSls. It is easy to upload or download new QSLs to/from the ARRL server with just a click of a button.
RUMlog is designed with an intuitive terminal that is integrated with excellent features. The software can be used to establish a PR connection to a DX-cluster, or monitor local digipeaters for DX-announcements. Additionally, RUMlog can separate DX-spots and send you a notification when a new one becomes available. Users can also use the Telnet function to connect to an internet DX-cluster no matter where they are.
If you use transceivers from Kenwood or ICOM - such as IC-7000, IC-7400/IC746PRO, and IC-706 - RUMlog is available with an interface that supports transceiver control. Overall, RUMlog is an impressive software tool that is ideal for amateur radio users who want to manage their communications and enjoy its advanced features.
