Schemax Calendar is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that simplifies scheduling meetings, managing resources and predicting activity by category and resources. Its calendar overlays facilitate faster meeting scheduling. Available for Outlook 2003 and 2007.
Schemax Calendar integrates seamlessly within Outlook - enabling you to edit appointments in Outlook and create new meetings from the Schemax Calendar display. Additionally, you can view calendars side by side to manage schedules efficiently. When calendars are combined, they become partially transparent, superimposing on each other in an overlay view that helps identify people and resources' availability, making scheduling meetings with multiple busy attendees more manageable.
This software provides detailed information on any meeting room capacities, and when the number of attendees exceeds the room capacity, the room is flagged to show that it is too small. You can add an arbitrary number of external attendees, allowing you to determine room capacity requirements correctly.
Bar charts can also view side by side and combined. The vertical scale shows the percentage of time a resource is busy. The stacked bars provide an aggregate view and can be sorted by category, resource name or Outlook free/busy color. This software's filtering system allows you to filter views by category and shows them as work week or full week and working hours or a full 24-hour day.
In contrast with the limited time period in Outlook, Schemax Calendar lets you view any time period from a single day up to twelve months, making it an excellent tool for long-term forecasting. Additionally, users can zoom in or out of the display, and the reference calendar provides additional context to the primary display.
Schemax Calendar can be used with or without Exchange Server and is compatible with Exchange 2003 or 2007. Overall, Schemax Calendar presents an intelligent, reliable, and effective solution to manage meeting schedules and resources, making it a must-have for businesses' productivity.
