Session identifier regeneration is another plus, and should you have an idle session, it will expire. Further, you can lock and unlock your account using multiple methods, and encryption is on offer too; you can choose from MD5, AES, SHA1, SHA256, SHA512, or WHIRLPOOL.
This release of SCMS has several improvements. For instance, it defines scmsLoginAge_ON and scmsLoginAge constants, which take care of password aging. Moreover, this version fixes a "double slash path" bug in scms_footer.php and addresses CSS style bugs present in config.js. The error message display in user_logins.php and user_sessions.php has been fixed, and modifications have been made to authenticate.php to prevent an "Undefined index" warning for username and password variables. In conclusion, the SCMS project is reliable, user-friendly, and most importantly, secure, providing you with a fantastic option to manage and store your content.
