The comprehensive customer form keeps details of all of your customers and contacts, and lists all invoices for this customer and all previous contact with them.
Invoice lists are colour coded so you know who's paid, and who's on 'stop' You can create invoices with up to 16 item lines per page. Item descriptions can be autofilled, and the last price charged entered automatically.
The program prints invoices using Word templates, so you can have the invoices look exactly as you want them and print them on plain paper, or as PDF files
Existing customers can be found in seconds, and if a new record matches an existing one the program warns you. Entry fields have the initial letters capitalized automatically, and postcodes are all capitalized.
You can send SMS messages (an account with a web forwarder is required), and print address labels to Brother printers in any of 3 sizes.
The program has a History List showing all previous contact with this customer, and work sheet printouts show the previous 4 contacts and have space to enter work carried out.
