Shadow Visualizer is a CAD software used in Solar Energy Engineering. It displays 3D views of shadows to analyze shadowing during solar energy equipment installation. It's a parametric tool for quick shadow visualizations.

The 3D shadow visualization function of this software allows for the observation of shadows in various seasons of the year, on any geographical latitude. This includes both the self-shadowing of static and sun-tracking solar collector systems, as well as shadows emanating from external objects.
Shadow Visualizer is also equipped with parametric CAD features that enable scene composition and object manipulation. Users can make changes to object dimensions, location, orientation, colors, reflectivities, and apply textures to object surfaces as they see fit. After completing these transformations, scenes can be saved in (.sa1) files.
What's more, this innovative software is a standalone tool, which means it doesn't depend on any other applications, or any third-party packages. With all its features and functionalities, Shadow Visualizer is the go-to software for professionals in the Solar Energy Engineering and Architecture fields.
