Free and open source hierarchical FTP Client
Version: 0.1Shuttle is a cross-platform FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client with an emphasis on usability.
Operating System: Mac OS X
A smart new interface that provides the quickest way to access your files.
Featuring a hierarchical file browser interface derived from NeXTSTEP, Shuttle lets you find the files you want quickly and easily. A preview pane lets you find out more about the files of interest.
Finally, an OSS app that doesn’t cater to the developer.
Even though it is open-source and available for free, Shuttle was designed with the user in mind. You know, people other than developers. Yes, it exists.
It works with every major platform under the sun.
Shuttle is compatible with Mac OS X, Linux and Windows. On the server side, Shuttle is compatible with all POSIX-like servers as well as Windows NT servers. So no matter what kind of computer or server you use, you can use Shuttle.
It prevents you from making mistakes.
Passive mode is enabled by default for compatibility with server-side firewalls. And with automatic transfer mode detection, binary transfers are favored over ASCII mode so graphics are never corrupted, while plain text still stays intact.
