Skipole Network Monitor is a basic network monitor that features a web server built within it.
With Skipole Network Monitor, each host is pinged four times every five minutes. The symbols are displayed according to the number of successful pings: green if three or four pings are successful, yellow if only one or two are successful, and red if all four fail. Additionally, group symbols are displayed and can be opened to show sub-groups nested within.
Creating groups and sub-groups can be done easily through the graphical user interface. To use this software, you will need Python 2.4 or higher and wxPython 2.5.2.8 or higher.
The latest release has fixed a bug in the ping language parsing routine. Overall, the Skipole Network Monitor project is a simple, efficient, and reliable software for anyone who needs to monitor their network.
