This driver supports several webcams, including the Trust Spacec@am 120 model, and is based on the Sonix SN9C102 technology.
Furthermore, Sonix's sn9c10x-based webcam driver is the beginning of a 2.6.x driver. Currently, it only supports sn9c101 with a pas106b(?) CMOS sensor (vid:0x0C45, pid:0x600d). Nonetheless, installation is easy: all you have to do is extract the archive and type "make." Just keep in mind that you'll need write access to your kernel sources tree and the usbvideo module.
However, one limitation to this software is that the brightness, contrast, and color changes are not implemented yet. Still, there is a solution to that: building the konicam module (alsa based on usbvideo) along with Sonixcam driver.
In sum, Sonix is an excellent driver that's perfect for those who are looking for high-quality webcam software. The limitations notwithstanding, it is a must-have for webcam users.
