Present PDF slides with two displays on your Mac using dual-head software.
One of the primary reasons why SplitShow was developed is to address the need for presenting slides created with LaTeX's BEAMER class. Traditional PDF viewers require the two displays to be in "mirror" mode, which results in the higher-resolution display being forced to use the resolution of the lower-resolution one. This can result in a suboptimal presentation experience.
SplitShow is different because it allows you to keep the two displays at their native resolutions in "extended desktop" mode. This ensures that your presentations will always look great on either side, without any loss in resolution or quality.
One important thing to keep in mind is that SplitShow is licensed and distributed under the terms of the MIT License, so you will need to take that into account before using it. Overall, though, SplitShow is an excellent tool for anyone who wants to improve their presentations and ensure that their slides always look their best.
