The Spokecalculator project has undergone a complete rewrite and is now available in the Qt 4.1.4 Version with all new features.
One of the most significant advancements in this release is the inclusion of an insert new row context by Table Hubs and Rims. This feature is sure to make calculating the spoke length much easier than in previous versions. Additionally, a Registration Interface is now available on the webpage. This new interface makes it more convenient than ever to register, and it will save you time during the installation process.
While the current version of the software is outstanding, there is still more work to be done. The development team is waiting for the next KDE Mayor release, so they can port it to KDE4* and QT 4.2.0. Additionally, more optimization and bug fixes are planned for a future release.
One other exciting feature that deserves mention is the addition of Dbus support. This support will make working with Spokecalculator even more convenient since it means that you can communicate with other applications on your system. Overall, I highly recommend Spokecalculator to anyone looking for an efficient and powerful spoke calculator solution.
