Although similar to the Finder, it uses colored icons, in different sizes, to give the Mac user an informative picture of a directory at a glance, highlighting recent changes, excessive disk consumption, or unprotected files, even if buried subdirectories
Detailed information displays include all five different file dates, all four status words, descriptions of each file in a chain of symlinks or aliases, and aggregates over directory contents - not just size, but earliest and latest dates, most and least restrictive permissions, and deepest and widest subdirectories. Information is cached for rapid access, and there are keystrokes for most operations.

What's New in This Release:
· There was a bug that caused file copies, especially slow ones, to crash. Fixed. A handful of other copy-related bugs were also fixed.
· Program startup and general operation was made faster.
· New Dir windows will start always sorting and hiding as set in Preferences > View, rather than sometimes inheriting from the previous dir window.
