Terrain for AutoCAD is a plug-in that enables AutoCAD to generate a terrain mesh using a range of unordered data points. This tool is designed for terrain modelling and supports the creation of meshes from lines, polylines, splines, and other input formats.
The user-friendly Terrain for AutoCAD design makes it easy to use. This plug-in adds a new command to AutoCAD called Terrain. The single parameter of the Terrain command is Search Radius. This determines whether two points can be part of the same triangular face. A distance larger than the Search Radius means that there is no connection between those two points. Removing the constraint of search radius means that all points will connect, regardless of their physical distance. The flexibility and user-friendliness of this plug-in make it an excellent addition to any AutoCAD user's software toolbox.
