This software can separate Tiff image batches into individual files and compile multi-page Tiff images into a single file.
To use this software effectively, preparation is the key. Users must ensure that they insert a blank A4 sheet of paper in-between files to signify the end of one document and the beginning of another. Moreover, it is critical to ensure that there are no other blank pages within each file, as the software specifically identifies files under a certain number of bytes in size to determine the start of each document.
The software offers two modes of operation. With the checkbox unchecked, the software simply renames all files starting with the separation sheets such as HS00000000-000.tif and then continues to rename the subsequent pages of that document in sequence, i.e., HS00000000-000.TIF HS00000000-001.TIF HS00000000-002.TIF HS00000001-000.TIF HS00000001-001.TIF HS00000001-002.TIF, and so on.
On the other hand, with the checkbox checked, the software performs the same process as above but also compiles each document into multi-page tiff files and automatically deletes all blank page separator sheets.
Finally, setting up this software is a simple and straightforward process. Users only need to determine the maximum size in bytes of the blank separation sheets and then enter this number into the designated edit box. Thereafter, the software will easily recognize the separator sheets if their file sizes are smaller than the bytes entered in the edit box. Overall, the Batch Separation & Multi-page Tiff file Compilation software is an excellent tool that makes batch separation and file compilation a breeze.
