TK10 is a Graphical User Interface software designed for Linux operating systems, specifically for Bottlerocket.
If you are already familiar with the HR12A, then using TK10 will be a breeze. The device letter dial, on/off/dim buttons, and device number range switch function just as they do on the HR12A. Additionally, users have the ability to edit device labels for easy customization.
Installation of TK10 is a simple process. For easy installation, users can run the install.sh script as root. Alternatively, users can manually install it by copying the tk10 file to a directory within their PATH and following the remaining steps provided.
TK10 assumes that users have a Tk interpreter located in /usr/bin/wish. However, users can modify the first line of the tk10 file to reflect the proper location of their Tk interpreter if needed.
An optional icon (tk10.xpm) comes included for those with window managers that support icons. After installation, users can simply run the command tk10 to begin using the software. Overall, TK10 is an ideal option for those who want to take control of their X10 devices with ease.
