TMS enables secure password management while organizing them in a two-level tree structure with categories. The Password File is encrypted using proprietary encryption methods.
Version 0.3.1 of TMS brings along many new features and some minor changes. The help system has been completely rewritten and context-sensitive help is now available in some windows. The program translation into Italian has been finished, and an email address field has been added for each defined service. Furthermore, date-test and remember to upgrade messages have been removed, and two new voice options on the Help menu are available - one checks directly on the website for a new version, while the other links to the TMS WEB-Board. Additionally, the Printing System has been changed, and a Print Preview Function has been added. Lastly, the windows installer runtime is no longer included.
In Version 0.3.0 the software comes with a complete English Help System and a partial Italian Translation. The standard msgbox has been replaced with a customized one that corrects a visualization bug. As for bug fixes, a big issue with the Notes field that corrupted the TMS file if it was too long was resolved, thanks to Daniele P. for the bug report. Another issue with the export that didn’t work because it always was also fixed.
Overall, TMS is a highly recommended software that offers an organized approach to securely storing your passwords and codes. Few minor issues may arise, but the software’s developers are proactive to rectify these. With the latest version’s new features, TMS is definitely worth the download.
