Total Desktop Rebuild - Completely erase all your desktop files so that they are rebuilt from scratch
Version: 1.1Total Desktop Rebuild is a free system extension that allows you to completely erase all your desktop files so that they are rebuilt from scratch when the startup process is over. To delete all the desktop files on all your disks, simply hold down the Command and Option keys while Total Desktop Rebuild is loading. A small red flash is then added to the startup icon, and Total Desktop Rebuild attempts to do its job.
Operating System: Mac OS X
Total Desktop Rebuild needs the desktop files to be closed in order to delete them, which may not be the case if some previously loaded extension has opened them. I added a space character before the extension's name to make it load early, but you might have to further arrange your extensions' loading order if Total Desktop Rebuild doesn't seem to work.
Note: Total Desktop Rebuild will completely delete all your file comments.
Total Desktop Rebuild is a power user tool and shouldn’t be used if you don’t know what you are doing
