The Tournament Time software empowers you to efficiently manage tournaments by offering comprehensive control over fields, officials, and staff personnel. Widely embraced by district administrators and commissioners across the United States, it simplifies tournament management.
Tournament Time is capable of producing a variety of the most common tournaments. These include single elimination tournaments, which automatically generate third-place playoff games. Additionally, double elimination tournaments are available, where teams that lose their first game move on to the losers' bracket and still have a chance to win the championship if they don't lose any more games. The software also supports pool play, where round-robin-type games can be played in the "pool play round" so the teams can compete for seed placements in the elimination tournament. There are even pool-play-only tournaments supported, which have more pool play games instead of an elimination bracket. In these tournaments, the final team standings are determined based on the pool-play standings rules. Finally, the software also supports multi-level tournaments. Version 14 has added new support for connecting several tournament brackets so that teams can automatically advance from level-to-level.
Tournament Time's easy wizard-driven interface provides a clear understanding of the tournament creation process, with broad flexibility for creating layout to your liking. With twelve schedule reports formats (including pictorial printout of brackets) available, each with options to produce hundreds of different styles, these reports help you track your competition by displaying standings, bracket charts, division schedules, master schedules, and much more. The software supports up to 547 teams in a division with pool play, with 256 teams in the elimination bracket, and no limit on the number of divisions.
In addition to all of its previous features, tournament time's latest version 14 boasts a new feature that allows you to create as many master schedules as you want to help manage shared fields. With all these features and functionalities, Tournament Time is an excellent choice for anyone looking to streamline their tournament management activities.
