Tunes Menu - Grabs purchase info for iTunes music
Version: 1.4Do you search the iTunes Music Store (iTMS) and finally track down the music you want only to find it is a 'partial album' (i.e. missing some tracks)? Have you found the music you want on one regional iTMS only to find it is not available in your 'local' iTMS? Does your country not have 'purchasing access' to iTMS but you like to browse and compile 'wish lists' which you then buy 'locally' online? Do you just want to own the CD of some music you have found on iTMS and want to purchase it online? If you answer yes to any of the above (or have your own similar questions) then Tunes Menu may be the program for you!
Operating System: Mac OS X
What is Tunes Menu?
Tunes Menu is a simple and easy to use program that puts a small musical note icon on your toolbar. When you are in iTunes (either the music store, or one of your own playlists) you can select a song, go to the Tunes Menu and click 'Copy and Find'. Tunes Menu will then go out on the net (assuming you are connected) and find selected local online stores and report back (in the menu) if the store has the CD and the cost. You can then simply click on the store name in the menu and this will open your default browser and take you to the store. Alternatively you can enter the details of the CD you wish to find, that is artist and CD name, in to the 'manual search' facility and run your search that way!
