UltraZip provides a Windows Explorer style interface for working with ZIP archives.

The interface makes browsing ZIP archives and extracting files easier than traditional display methods, and is highly customizable to suit individual needs.

You can test and fix ZIP archives, add and extract files, add password protection, set wildcards to include or exclude files, add comments, create large archives that span multiple floppy disks, and more. The program's 'drag and drop' capability simplifies the process of inserting files into ZIP archives, and its context menu lets you extract files to any location.

UltraZip has a built-in viewer for several common file formats, so you can see the contents of some file types without the need for prior extraction. It can also run setup programs directly (even setup programs in multiple directories) to install ZIP-compressed programs with minimal effort.
