This plugin allows for basic syncing compatibility between the Verizon Motorola RAZR V3c and Apple's iSync.
It's important to note that the phone doesn't support iCal all-day events due to its lack of understanding of them. Additionally, the plugin has only been tested with the Verizon version of the phone.
Installing the plugin is relatively simple. Begin by downloading the ZIP file above and unzipping it. Then double-click on the Installer and follow the instructions to complete installation. If you're using Bluetooth, be sure to pair your phone.
To remove the plugin, note that Apple's Installer doesn't come with an uninstaller tool. Therefore, to uninstall the plugin, you will simply need to remove the file /Library/PhonePlugins/RAZR V3c.phoneplugin. For thoroughness, you may also want to remove the receipt package, located in /Library/Receipts.
If you've updated to OS X 10.4.6, you'll find that this version of iSync officially adds support for the RAZR V3c, as well as many other phones. Thus, this plugin may no longer be necessary. That being said, we're keeping it here for historical purposes until we find a better place for it.
In order to use this plugin, you will need iSync and a Motorola RAZR V3c phone. These are the only requirements necessary to take advantage of this practical software solution.
