vMemo X enables voice memo recording.
Unlike other notepads that require you to type out your memos, vMemo lets you simply speak your notes by clicking on the Record button. But that's not all - this multifunctional voice-capturing application also allows you to record your own songs, as well as capture audio directly from the radio. You can modify a variety of recording parameters such as input source, sample rate, sample size, channels, compression, and input level, to customize your recordings as needed.
All your recorded voice memos are stored in a special folder, where you can easily access them via a Memo List. Each memo is date-stamped, so you don't have to worry about searching for the right one. You can also give your memos names for easier organization, and simply double-click any memo to listen to it.
Some of the key features of vMemo X include easy installation, a range of microphone options (including the standard built-in microphone), detailed info about your recordings (compression quality, sample rate, channels, etc.), the ability to rename your memos, and options to select the sample size and rate, compression quality, modify the number of input channels, and control input & output volume. There's even support for external input sources like the radio, and AGC (Auto Gain Control) to ensure consistent recording levels.
Overall, vMemo is a great choice for anyone who needs a simple and powerful memo recording application on MacOS X.
