Web Diary is a web-based, multi-user CGI diary application designed to provide a platform for users to create and manage personal diaries.
The first change is the addition of a new table for categories. Users must add two bits of information to this table, and the process is quite simple. The second change involves adding one column and removing another column from the entries. The alteration process is completed through adding the entFCat int not null default 1 update entries set entFCat=2 where entFIsPublic=1 command and then dropping the entFIsPublic column. A backup is suggested, but the implemented changes should not create any issues.
In terms of additional updates to the application, there have been no significant changes made that will impact the database structure. Overall, Web Diary is a reliable and straightforward diary application that meets all the essential functionality criteria.
