KwikStat for Windows is a statistical analysis software, designed for businesses and scientific research. It offers a range of popular data analysis and graphing procedures to streamline the research process.
The analysis feature set of WINKS covers a broad range of statistical procedures, including T-tests, non-parametric analyses, analysis of variance (ANOVA), regression and correlation, and survival analysis. The software provides descriptive statistics such as mean, median, standard deviation, confidence intervals, percentiles, Tukey five-number summary, and more.
The graphical capabilities of WINKS are equally impressive and include histograms with normal curves, box-and-whisker plots, and cumulative normal and cumulative distribution graphs. T-tests and ANOVA features include independent group t-tests and analysis of variance (up to 20 groups), paired t-tests and repeated measures analysis, single sample analysis of variance, and Dunnett's test.
In addition, the software also includes non-parametric analyses such as the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests. The Friedman test is available for paired or repeated measures analysis, while Cochran's Q-test is provided for dichotomous data analysis. The frequency and crosstabulation feature set includes Goodness of Fit test, McNemar's test, Chi-square, Fisher exact test, Yate's Chi-square, Phi and Cramer's V, Relative Risk, and Odds Ratio.
WINKS includes an easy-to-use regression analysis module with a wide range of options such as simple linear and multiple regression, correlation matrix, R-square and Adjusted R-square, Pearson's, and Spearman's coefficient tests for significance, data plots and residual plots. Meanwhile, the software's survival analysis features include actuarial and Kaplan-Meier life tables and comparison of survival curves.
WINKS also provides a range of graphical display options including scatter plots, survival analysis plots, histograms, and more. The software can print the results or capture text and graphic output for use in reports or other word-processed documents. The program can read and write dBase and ASCII files, importing data from any other program.
