If you're familiar with microfeed products such as Yammer or organizational tools like Central Desktop and Huddle, you'll find that WizeHive draws features from both types of products. Like Yammer, the platform allows groups of people to establish a private and continuous feed of activity. By setting up a private workspace, users can communicate on one or more topics. WizeHive lets you communicate through a browser interface, a desktop client, or by sending and receiving emails.
But WizeHive takes the Yammer model further by enabling its users to set up separate workspaces for multiple interests or groups. They can choose to see all of the activity in one integrated feed optionally. The messages typed or sent via WizeHive can contain text, links, graphics, and files. With WizeHive, uploaded files can be shared among workspace members, and most Word or Excel compatible files can be edited collaboratively from within WizeHive.
WizeHive extends its collaboration model further by providing task integrated management where you can organize and manage yourself and optionally your co-workers. You can assign and manage tasks independently for each workspace or manage your activities across all workspaces.
