wodSFTP.NET is a dotnet implementation of the Secure File Transfer Protocol that enables secure file transfer over reliable data stream, using SSH. As the standard file transfer protocol for SSH2, it ensures secure and efficient file transfers.
Designed primarily for file transfer, SFTP also offers general file system access on the remote server in a completely secure manner. Because it runs on a secure channel (which is implemented in wodSFTP.NET), no plaintext passwords or file information is ever exposed to the network.
wodSFTP.NET provides a range of important methods, including PutFile (for uploading files), GetFile (for downloading files), MakeDir and RemoveDir (to create and delete directories), DeleteFile (to delete files on the server), and ListItems (to list files in any directory on the remote server). Additionally, you can use GetAttributes and SetAttributes to retrieve and set file attributes, use the Resume property to resume broken transfers, and enable blocking mode to execute methods and wait for completion.
With support for both ASCII and Binary file transfers to accommodate different data types, wodSFTP.NET is the perfect solution for anyone looking to transfer files in a secure and efficient manner. And with the Done event firing when an executed method is completed, it's easy to initiate new commands and take full advantage of the power of this software. Provided samples make it easy to get started with wodSFTP.NET in a .NET environment, giving you all the tools you need for successful and secure file transfers.
