WordOutput is a Mac OS X software that automates outputting of multiple Microsoft Word documents to the desired printer.
Once you launch the WordOutput application, simply select the desired printer and add the files you wish to print to the WordOutput list. You can add files using WordOutput's [+] buttons, drag-and-drop files from the Finder, or from files currently open in Word. Additionally, the printing settings are identical to the ones in the Print dialog.
Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, simply click Print and let WordOutput handle the rest. It will open and systematically print each file to the selected printer one by one.
Please note that this is a beta version of WordOutput and is only released for testing purposes. However, beta-testers who provide feedback will receive a free copy of WordOutput once it's released.
One limitation to keep in mind is that this beta version will expire on September 24, 2007. To use WordOutput, you will need Microsoft Word 2004 11.0.
In conclusion, WordOutput is a handy application for anyone who needs to output multiple Word documents in a fast and efficient way. Try it out and see how it can improve your workflow.
