IEBridle limits the number of MS Internet Explorer windows that can be opened from the Desktop. It's useful for active Internet browsing, as it prevents too many popup windows from opening uncontrollably.
IEBridle is particularly useful for those who frequently browse the web, as many sites are prone to opening uncontrolled popup windows. With IEBridle, you can set a limit for the number of Internet Explorer windows that can be open at any given time. If a limit is exceeded, the software will automatically close the excess window.
Using IEBridle is incredibly straightforward. All you need to do is run the software, and an icon will appear in the system tray. Depending on the number of IE windows that are currently open, the icon will change color. If IEBridle closes an IE window that exceeds the limit you set, the icon will flash.
If you need to adjust your settings, simply left-click on the icon to display the IEBridle window. Alternatively, right-clicking on the icon will bring up a menu that allows you to exit IEBridle, enable or disable it, and more. You can even set IEBridle to run when Windows starts, and adjust the limit of IE windows to suit your browsing needs.
