The game is set on an uncharted tropical island where you're stranded after a shipwreck. Luckily, the island has a doctor, but unfortunately, he's a witch doctor named Dr. Umfoofoo. The good doctor is lonely in his isolation, having exhausted the local flora and fauna as conversation partners, and has spared your head from his customary shrinking process.
However, with his large collection of heads, he expects you to help him sort them out. Beware of his pet alligator, Jake, who will pop up from time to time to offer advice or warn you of any rule changes. Dr. Umfoofoo can be a little unstable, but others might also offer their opinions. Ignore the mean comments from Ted and Fred, however, and focus on the colorful head-matching fun!
