It is a lighter version of iData 3 and was created for Mac users who want to perform heavy data entry using a Mac's keyboard instead of an iPhone. The app offers Cut, Copy, Paste, a vast range of import, and data manipulation functions to simplify data entry on Mac. Apart from this, iData Lite provides synchronization functions to transfer datafiles created on Mac to iPhone seamlessly. Changes made on either platform can also be kept in sync.
iData Lite offers two options for synchronization. It can be done remotely using Apple's MobileMe iDisk or over a local WiFi network using a wireless router such as AirPort.
